Support Worker Job Description:

About the Position:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Floating Support team as Support Workers. As a member of our team, you will work across various Dimensions locations, providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with core staff teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers

Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with learning disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
