Sales Executive for Event Growth at Big Feastival

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive for Big Feastival. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue to meet or exceed targets for their assigned shows.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximize all potential revenue to achieve/exceed event targets.
  • Achieve and maintain high activity (over 40 dials a day).
  • Achieve agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential new clients.
  • Maintain, develop and manage sales database.
  • Work closely with members of the sales team to develop ideas and approaches.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable/established experience in sales/event sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, ideally in event sales.
  • High IT competency; knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Good telesales experience and results.
  • Experience of sales planning.
  • Organised with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

The role involves regular weekend work where you may be required to travel to events, including Big Feastival, Taste of London, and Hampton Court Palace festival.

You will also need to travel for meetings as part of the role and may occasionally work longer hours in the lead up to events.
