Operational Resilience Reporting Lead

At IPS Group, we are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Reporting Lead to join our team. As a key member of our resilience programme, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our operational resilience reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our operational resilience reporting framework, ensuring it is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement IT disaster recovery reporting and risk status.
  • Lead the operational resilience response to client requests for information, ensuring alignment with business and support functions.
  • Manage the creation and preparation of operational resilience, BCP, and ITDR reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain controls frameworks for monitoring and measuring the operational resilience programme.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a risk and/or operational resilience function, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with software tools and the implementation and maintenance of reporting frameworks, ideally in the risk space.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage client queries and requests for information.
  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to manage data feeds and configurations for required interfaces in operational resilience.
