Operational Resilience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown (Europe). This role is critical in ensuring the effective deployment, embedding, and running of our Operational Resilience frameworks.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational management, oversight, and delivery. They will be able to build strong working relationships across the business at all levels and develop and implement resilience strategies that enable the organisation to continue operations in the face of potential disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and implement the operational resilience framework, policies, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the Retail Division.
  • Maintain and mature the organisation's Operational Resilience policy, framework, and strategy across the division in line with regulatory and business expectations.
  • Support Important Business Service owners to ensure ongoing robust mapping, tracking, MI, and board reporting.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
