About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Reporting and Analytics Lead to join our team at IPS Group. As a key member of our resilience team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our operational resilience reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive operational resilience reporting framework, including risk and control assessments.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize resilience risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Design and implement effective reporting and analytics tools to support operational resilience decision-making.
    • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and the board on operational resilience performance.
    • Liaise with technical teams to ensure effective integration of resilience reporting with existing systems and processes.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in operational resilience, risk management, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Strong understanding of operational resilience principles and frameworks, such as ISO 22301.
