Operational Resilience Reporting Lead

At IPS Group, we are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Reporting Lead to join our team. As a key member of our resilience programme, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our operational resilience reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our operational resilience reporting framework, ensuring it is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development of reports and dashboards to provide visibility into our operational resilience programme, including risk and control assessments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our reporting data.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders, including the head of operational resilience and the executive leadership team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational resilience, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
