Operational Resilience Manager Role

Barclay Simpson is partnering with a unique Financial Services entity to bring on an Operational Resilience Manager for their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-resourced function and maintain the Ops Res framework.

This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing delivery of the Ops Res Strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mapping and scenario testing
  • Measuring impact tolerances
  • Presenting governance group updates and reports
  • Third-party relationship management
  • Assisting with DORA (training will be provided)

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in Operational Resilience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and good knowledge of TPRM. DORA knowledge is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will have access to a range of benefits, including pension, health insurance, and income protection. A hybrid working arrangement will also be offered, with three days in the office and two days remote.
