Job Summary:

Barclay Simpson is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the Operational Resilience framework and supporting the ongoing delivery of the Ops Res Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the Ops Res framework
  • Conduct scenario testing and impact tolerance assessments
  • Present governance group updates and reports
  • Manage third-party relationships
  • Assist with DORA (Disaster Recovery as a Service) implementation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Operational Resilience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • DORA knowledge is desirable but not essential
