Business Development Manager, EU Commercial Team

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our EU Commercial Team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for unlocking and growing our portfolios through sales development, relationship building, engagement activities, and great customer/shipper experience.

The ideal candidate will analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, utilize an extensive network of relationships within the relevant industry to gather market intelligence, and execute on business development opportunities.
About the RoleThis role sits within the Business Development team, part of Amazon Freight Commercial team. Focusing on new customer acquisition in the UK market, our Business Developer is expected to attract new businesses, tailor our product to customers' needs, and close business deals with needle-moving shippers for Amazon Freight.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and execute on business development opportunities.
- Utilize an extensive network of relationships within the relevant industry to gather market intelligence.
- Attract new businesses and tailor our product to customers' needs.
- Closing business deals with needle-moving shippers for Amazon Freight.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
- Proficient in French and English speaking, reading, and writing.
