Administrative Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our client's reputable construction company based in Enniskillen.
About the Role:- Provide administrative support across various functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, including processing sales orders, managing invoices and purchase order processing, performing general office duties, and assisting with reception duties when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer sales orders using internal systems.
- Process and manage invoices and purchase orders.
- Perform general office duties, including record-keeping, filing, handling queries, and generating reports.
- Support TMS management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing effective administrative support in a busy environment, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience in administration or customer-focused roles is desirable.
- Knowledge of AS400 systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
