Construction Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to coordinate administrative duties tied to contract and project workflows. As a key member of our team, you will organize and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth work coordination. You will also gather and maintain records of materials and deliveries, communicate with contractors to confirm project needs and compliance, and handle transactions related to orders, sales, pricing, quotes, and purchase orders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction-related roles and be proficient in administrative tasks in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable in commercial and financial workflows, possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other IT tools, and have a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meeting critical deadlines efficiently.
