The Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Experience Manager to lead our Client Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients managing a high-performing team and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Client Services team ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through excellent customer service.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data identify trends and develop solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.

Earnings Potential: £90,000 - £110,000 per year (dependent on experience).
