Job Description:
The Client Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, this role provides comprehensive training and support to ensure growth and success.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, handymen, and contractors. Key responsibilities include approving annual leave requests, documenting absences, managing office decoration, client office moves, and conducting regular Health & Safety and Fire Safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, handymen, and contractors.
  • Community Building: Build a strong sense of community among clients.
  • Billing and Administration: Handle client billing on an ad hoc basis.
  • Workload Prioritisation: Prioritise workload effectively, with flexibility to adapt to shifting demands.
