Job Title: Client Experience Manager

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.

About the Role

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Manager to lead the qualification process of leads and ensure a world-class client experience. This role will facilitate proper lead transition to internal Account Executives and assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases to accelerate sales opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases to drive growth
  • Execute email outreach and make outbound calls to enrich prospect information
  • Utilize internal tools and work with Territory Management team to route leads appropriately
  • Deliver summaries of opportunities and client needs to aligned business partners
  • Coordinate and partner with sales executives to progress leads throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of business experience, with IT experience a plus
  • Telephone sales and persuasiveness skills
  • Project management skills
  • Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong will to win and executive presence
