Director of Sales and Revenue Growth

Jumeirah Carlton Tower is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Director of Sales - Americas.
This exciting role will see the successful candidate working closely with our Global Sales offices and GSAs to drive revenue growth, manage the yearly sales P&L for assigned markets, and maintain a strong understanding of the Hotel's competitive set and developments within the local marketplace.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in the upscale or luxury hospitality field, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to close business. They will also need to possess a good understanding of hotel sales systems, such as Opera Fusion, Delphi Sales & Catering, BI, Salesforce, Fourth, Lanyon, Cvent, and Hotelligence.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, life insurance, Nest pension, and more.
