Business Development Manager in Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead and develop our team of Sales Associates in achieving all sales, customer service, and operational targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and inspirational leader to create and execute an agile business plan, recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Creating and executing business plans, including sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Managing retail operations, including facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Developing and executing in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement

Qualifications:
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
