Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at The Hut Group, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our ESPA business within the retail account. Your primary objective will be to increase sales of treatments and products, while also raising awareness of the ESPA brand and educating prospective customers about our product range and treatment menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Manage and maintain the ESPA counter, site, and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standard and handle any client complaints promptly and professionally
- Lead and participate in promotional/PR activity to ensure the success of the promotion and/or event
Requirements:
- Previous business management experience, ideally within a retail environment
- Minimum Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, and active hands-on treatment experience
- Business acumen and experience in reporting and analyzing sales and KPI data
