About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Mobile Account Manager to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across multiple retailer store groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve retail targets and promote Puig brands
  • Build strong relationships with retailer store groups and ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide account management and business development support to retailers, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in the fragrance and make-up industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with retailers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Make-up artistry experience and level 3/pro make-up artistry skills are highly desirable
