About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and implement opportunities to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and expenses to ensure optimal store performance
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
