At Frontier Consulting, we're seeking a seasoned Practice Development Lead to drive excellence in our Children's Social Care services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading quality assurance and in-house training, mentoring students and practice educators, and elevating the voices of children and families.

We're committed to providing GOOD support to children and families, and we're looking for someone who shares our dedication to quality, learning, and improvement. If you have a Social Work degree, registration with Social Work England, and experience in strengths-based practice and Signs of Safety, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Practice Development Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, drive high standards, and foster a culture of learning and reflection. You'll also receive a generous annual leave package, pension, and car user allowance, as well as a hybrid working arrangement and relocation package up to £8,000.

Our ideal candidate will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, and will be committed to diversity and inclusion for all qualified candidates.
