Role Overview

As a Practice Development Lead at Frontier Consulting, you will be responsible for driving high standards, mentoring, and fostering a culture of learning and reflection in Children's Social Care. This role requires an experienced, empathetic leader who can elevate the voices of children and families and support recruitment, retention, and staff well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and in-house training to ensure quality, learning, and improvement across Children's Social Care.

• Mentor students, practice educators, and NQSWs to develop their skills and knowledge.

• Support the development of a culture of learning and reflection, where excellence thrives.

Our Offer

• £3,000 retention payment annually.

About You

• Social Work degree and registration with Social Work England.

• Experience in strengths-based practice and Signs of Safety.

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
