Cinque Ports Vets is seeking a talented veterinary professional to join our team as part of our Graduate Development Programme.

About the Role

We offer a comprehensive 12-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) aligned with the RCVS VetGDP, starting in September 2024, and a subsequent 12-month Early Careers Programme (ECP) beginning in March 2026. Our programme provides graduate roles throughout the UK, peer-to-peer support through GDP networking and social events, and a dedicated graduate contact point within our Central Support Team.

Programme Highlights
  • 12 core educational days including an intensive pre-start training camp
  • Fundamental primary care clinical and professional skills
  • Up to 5 days flexible CPD of your own choice, plus 6 core educational days on more advanced topics
  • Flexibility to attend CPD of your own choice
  • Graduate specific practical training days – including ultrasound and surgery courses
  • Access to an extensive online resource library with 170+ hours of on-demand content

Upon completion of our programmes, you will have the opportunity to secure a permanent contract within Cinque Ports Vets and enjoy flexibility to move within our company on graduation.
