Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance software applications using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers in best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
