We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to join our expanding business development team within Technical Placements. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy.
**Job Description:**
Sales Development Representative Team LeadWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our SDR team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification activities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Drive the success of the SDR team by providing strategic leadership, coaching, and support.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture, empowering the SDR team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
