Security Operations Centre Manager Expert

As a National Operations Centre Manager Lead at Ward Security, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our National Operations Centre. You will be responsible for overseeing the night operations, managing staff activities, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the night operations of the National Operations Centre, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency
- Manage staff activities, including booking on/off and check calls, assisting with scheduling, and escalating incidents
- Liaise with customers and external stakeholders, responding to requests for ad hoc service delivery, alarm calls, and additional cover
- Maintain accurate records, update company held information, and perform monthly audits
- Recognise opportunities for business development, highlighting trends and incidents to the Solutions Account Manager and Solutions Administration hub
- Proven management experience in a National Operations Centre or Control room environment or similar industry equivalent - 1-2 years
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Management Qualification
- SIA Licence
- CCTV Licence
This is a full-time position with no travel required.
Estimated Salary:£45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience
