About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Elis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing an effective engineering support and maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site overall equipment effectiveness, resulting in increased productivity and reduced downtime.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure effective maintenance and support, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with the production team to improve people development and a lean culture, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Continuously monitor and improve KPI and budgetary targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in engineering management, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve site overall equipment effectiveness, with a focus on results-driven initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
