Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business success.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and analyse data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A minimum of three years' experience as a HR Advisor/Officer.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office and HR software applications.
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
Working Hours:
Mon-Thurs: 8:30am - 5pm, Fri: 8:30am - 2:30pm.
