Human Resources Support Specialist

VANRATH is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team in Northern Ireland. As the primary point of contact for HR queries, you will provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.
Key responsibilities include administering HR processes, maintaining employee records, and responding to HR queries. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Human Resource experience and possess strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity to hone your HR skills and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. You will be responsible for managing the administration of the sickness/absence policy and verifying Right to Work compliance for employees in the UK and Ireland.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
