This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support across all HR activities, including recruitment processes, employee relations, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role
This is an ideal position for a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will be integral to a busy HR team, delivering essential administrative support to the HR function across Northern Ireland. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across all HR activities.
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders. Previous experience in HR support or administration is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is also required.
