Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to work with our team of professionals to provide high-quality care and support to young people. The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with young people in a residential care setting.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in childcare or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care).
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
