Job Overview:
The Curve Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR initiatives, review and improve policies, implement a new HR system, standardize processes, and promote mental health awareness. As a key member of our team, you will manage an HR Administrator and ensure efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Review and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
- Implement a new HR system to streamline processes and improve data management
- Standardize HR processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
- Train leaders on mental health awareness and promote a positive work environment
- Oversee HR reporting and compliance, including payroll and benefits administration
About You:
- Proven HR leadership experience, with a track record of success in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
- Strategic and operational expertise, with the ability to think critically and solve problems
- Empathetic and integrity-driven, with a strong commitment to promoting mental health awareness
- Skilled in HRIS, Excel, and employment law, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
