Female Complex Needs Support Worker

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Supported Living Service, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct and practical support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, daily activities, and medication administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless support and care.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including mental health, autism, and learning disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of service users.
