About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving business that is achieving massive year-on-year growth, with new stores opening weekly. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving high standards of customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and minimizing costs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Manager or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors
  • Motivation by results and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, guaranteed pay rise every year, and unlimited opportunity for progression. You will also receive private employee medical insurance and discounted health cash plan. If you are applying for a role within the M25, you will also receive an allowance of up to £3,090 dependent on location.

Please note, the salary displayed is based on a 45 hours per week contract. We are also able to offer 40 and 45 hour contracts and in these instances the salary offered would be pro-rated.
