Role

As a key member of the Centre team, you will play a pivotal role in providing coordination, planning, support, and administrative assistance across the Centre. You will work closely with the Centre Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the Centre's programme of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects working with a range of stakeholders, demonstrating knowledge of project coordination requirements and tools.
  • Arrange, service, and facilitate meetings and events, including preparation of programmes, agendas, and invitations.
  • Provide administrative support, including financial administration, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the Centre Manager in monitoring and evaluating progress of projects and the overall programme of work.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent non-UK qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in project coordination, administration, and event management.
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with a good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

This is a fixed-term contract until 30 April 2027.
