We are seeking an experienced Health and Wellbeing Project Manager to join our team at the Volunteer Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that make a real difference to the lives of individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans that meet the needs of our stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, service providers, and funders.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior project management role in the VCSE sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges facing the voluntary and community sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
