Membership Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Membership Support team as a Membership Support Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members via multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to member queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Membership Support team to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:
