Membership Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Membership Support team as a Membership Support Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members via multiple channels
  • Answer member queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Membership Team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve member experience
