About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at LiveWest. This is a challenging opportunity for a candidate with excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all contractors are awarded works in line with their contractual agreements, achieving value for money on all orders placed.
  • Ensure work is issued in-line with contract terms and conditions, and specifications are broken down for accurate pricing.
  • Validate that all contracted works are delivered in-line with the contract, monitor KPI performance, and contribute to regular review meetings.
  • Meet onsite to agree specification with contractors, monitor work in progress, and carry out post-inspections on completed works.
  • Assist with specifications to ensure they are fit for purpose, working closely with the Repairs team, Regional Building Surveyors, and Customer Services.
  • Monitor individual contractors' performance in regular review meetings, sharing customer satisfaction, complaints handling, and performance against KPIs.
  • Support the Service Improvement team, dealing directly with customers and liaising with contractors to resolve issues in a timely manner.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, discretionary bonus, death in service benefit, and more.
