Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at LiveWest. This is a challenging opportunity for a candidate with excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all contractors are awarded works in line with their contractual agreements, achieving value for money on all orders placed.
- Ensure work is issued in-line with contract terms and conditions, and specifications are broken down for accurate pricing.
- Validate that all contracted works are delivered in-line with the contract, monitor KPI performance, and contribute to regular review meetings.
- Meet onsite to agree specification with contractors, monitor work in progress, and carry out post-inspections on completed works.
- Assist with specifications to ensure they are fit for purpose, working closely with the Repairs team, Regional Building Surveyors, and Customer Services.
- Monitor individual contractors' performance in regular review meetings, sharing customer satisfaction, complaints handling, and performance against KPIs.
- Support the Service Improvement team, dealing directly with customers and liaising with contractors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
LiveWest provides over 40,000 homes throughout the South West from Gloucestershire to the Isles of Scilly. We aim to create better living for better lives by developing new homes and investing in existing properties.
This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, discretionary bonus, death in service benefit, and more.
