This part-time role as a Staff Pharmacist is an excellent opportunity to provide expert care and advice to customers and patients in our community pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the pharmacy strategy, ensuring customer and patient safety, and providing a range of professional pharmacy services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for community pharmacy and a true desire to help us improve our services. You will be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator, have high levels of professional expertise, and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
Responsibilities

- Deliver the Pharmacy Strategy: Provide expert care and advice to customers and patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure Customer and Patient Safety: Conduct audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
- Provide Professional Services: Offer a range of professional services, including healthcare advice and support.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration: Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator.
- Expertise: Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
- Passion: Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
- Collaboration: Be collaborative with a team-centered approach.
- Communication: Be a great communicator, able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
