About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Mental Health and Learning Disability Pharmacist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients across South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health pharmacy, with experience of working in a hospital or community setting. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and clinical skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, with a one-year fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients across the trust
  • Provide professional leadership and supervision to junior staff
  • Develop and implement safe and effective policies and procedures
  • Participate in research and development projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GPhC registration as a pharmacist
  • Postgraduate qualification in clinical/mental health pharmacy
  • Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
  • Experience of working in a hospital or community setting
