Job Title: Customer Service Excellence LeadOverview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Excellence Lead to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our inbound call centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity and ensuring the highest levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client communications, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Accurately log client interactions and service requests using in-house IT systems, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Coordinate solutions, adhering to SLAs and optimising efficiency to meet or exceed targets.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Demonstrate excellent email/ticket management and response skills, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in handling complex customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in multitasking and meeting deadlines, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
