Office and Lettings Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office and Lettings Administrator to join our team at GKR London. As a key member of the office, you will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to the lettings manager and negotiators.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office activities, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the lettings manager and negotators, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
