We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Hexham. As a primary school teaching associate, you will support teachers and pupils, enhancing the learning experience and helping children succeed.

About the Role:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, helping them build confidence and skills.
  • Support children with additional needs to ensure all students can participate fully.
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources.
  • Encourage and motivate pupils to stay focused and achieve their goals.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in any subject.
  • A genuine passion for education and working with children.
  • Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
