About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
  • Safeguarding training and knowledge of recognizing signs of abuse, harm, or neglect
