Nightshift Nursing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore. As a Nightshift Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
- Oversee all aspects of the shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
- Mentor and support team members, promoting best practice and professional development
- Current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
