We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across premium brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue large premium groups and national accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to secure business within premium pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams to ensure database alignment and maximize opportunities.
- Proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and target-driven approach.
- Expertise in growing brands in premium groups and RTM/Wholesale.
- Drinks industry experience and on-trade network.
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus travel allowance and generous bonus.
