About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist to join our sales team at Freight Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with major account customers to develop and implement a sales strategy that maximizes growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join a dynamic and growing company in the parcel delivery/logistics sector.

Salary: £45,000 (OTE £75,000)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement a sales plan that maximizes growth of existing major account customers.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3+ years new business sales background within the parcel delivery/logistics sector.
  2. Proven track record of hitting new business sales targets.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
