Job Title: Children's Lead Coach

Girls United FA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Lead Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and matches to our young players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver training sessions that develop players' skills and confidence.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the game and our players.
  • Build strong relationships with players, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure consistency and quality across our programmes.
  • Contribute to the development of our coaching team and help to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • FA Level 2 / UEFA C in Football Coaching qualification (or working towards).
  • Experience working with young women and girls in grassroots football.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • First Aid in Football qualification and Safeguarding Children certification.
