Lead Coach Opportunity at Mini Athletics Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Coach to join our team at Mini Athletics Limited. As a Lead Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our unique children's sports coaching program in South East London.

Our program is designed to provide a fun and engaging introduction to athletic movement for children from walkers to 8 years old. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver a curriculum that focuses on building cognitive, social, and physical skills in young children.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A coaching qualification and experience are desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

As a Lead Coach, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including schools, nurseries, and community centers. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children aged 2-8 years old
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of our young athletes
  • Work closely with our team to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to parents and stakeholders
