Join Our Team as a Lead Coach for Mini Athletics

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Coach to join our team at Mini Athletics Limited. As a Lead Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to children aged walkers to 8 years old, promoting their athletic development and enhancing their overall well-being.

About the Role:

  • Deliver coaching sessions to children aged walkers to 8 years old
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to promote athletic development and enhance overall well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality coaching sessions
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for children and parents

Requirements:

  • Coaching qualification and experience preferred, but not essential
  • Outgoing personality, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm for working with young children
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with children and parents
  • 100% reliable and committed to delivering high-quality coaching sessions
